ZLYGCB020 Full Complement Ball Full Ceramic Bearing

Full-ceramic bearings refer to bearings made of all-ceramic materials for the rings and rolling elements. There are three types of zirconia (ZrO2), silicon nitride (Si3N4), and silicon carbide (SiC). According to different operating conditions, cages of different materials are used.
 
The full-spherical all-ceramic bearing adopts a cageless structure design, and the bearing is designed with a ball opening on one side to facilitate the loading of more ceramic balls, thereby increasing its load capacity. This design avoids the limitation of the retainer material and improves the corrosion resistance and temperature resistance of the all-ceramic bearing. Because this type of bearing has a ball filling gap, this type of bearing is not suitable for high speed and large axial load occasions.
